I believe I saw this same UFO above Thermalito, California yesterday on June 14th, 2011. Although, it seemed as though it was floating on an axis. It came from the North-East, flying in a North-West direction. It stopped for a while above my home and hovered in this axis formation. Then, slowly ascended until it were no longer visible.
