Oh my gosh! My friend and I were sitting in my car last night (July 3rd) stargazing when we saw the exact same thing! Weird!
I saw them at 11 or 12 ish on the 3rd. Two stationary lights, way brighter than stars. That is how I noticed them. Then they started to move east, got dim and dissapeared. But, yes I saw them too.
