Mr. Allen specifically claims that this cover-up involves extraterrestrials that have the technology to create wormholes between dimensions and have, several times, flown over the White House and the Washington Monument. In fact, the most recent sighting (July 4th, 2011) was one of those sightings he photographed, and took place in restricted air space over the Washington Monument.
