I mean its right there! Its just so dark you cannot see it. I BELIEVE what she is filming is cars comming down mount lemmon at night. On the news they were saying how much snow Mt. Well this is interesting but keep in mind that San Manuel Airport is just on the other side of the mountain and its an uncontrolled Airport which means no Air Traffic Controllers. It also means as a pilot you can do whatever you want in that airspace like maneuvers, lights on and or off and so on.
