There is nothing to suggest that they are not flares, and in fact their behavior is exactly that of flares, so you be the judge.
wow thats pretty cool,the glare at the bottom kindof makes me curious as to if the ufos arent some kind of backround glare off the window,but my gut tells me ther not-they vanish like ther interdimensional craft so i dont think they would be from us-i wonder what type of power plant this is? et seems to be observing it-matt_bpd
This is a fake video. Its a reflection of a bright long light behind the person holding the camera. You could see the reflection of the light through the window glass and thats what the person was recording making it look like the bright light was floating outside
