• this is a chinese lantern,you can see the paper envelope against the sky near the start when in close up

• i thionk the ufos are interested in russia at presnt there always miles away probing observing wheres the russian airforce they should be monitoring these intruders entering there airspace good video though.

• Good filming technique.<br /><br />Showed the ground area of the sighting, then closeup of object then ground zone, then object then ground area again. <br /><br />The city name on the video was nice also.

• i know thers better things to do in russia then set off sky lanterns everyday - i keep saying this - people need to relize 50% or more of the good ufo sightings have been coming from russia latley ther is some serious activity going on over there - im thinking it may be getting scoped out for the new et landing pad or somthing - kind of like ancient aliens states that jerusalem was the last one -
