It is obvious that this is a drone,it looks very much like Lockheed Martin RQ-170 Sentinel unmanned aerial vehicle ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_Martin_RQ-170_Sentinel ).Or it`s some sort of unmanned plane/drone.I really don`t think that they would transport UFO on broad day light on an open truck trailer in populated areas! Don`t you think ?!

UFOs don't have landing gear which in one close up you can clearly see the outline of a tire.
Flying saucers don't need wheels so this is obviously a new military craft of some sort.<br />Keep your eye on the skies people.<br /><br />Peace!!!!
