In your video of the 2 white orbs there is an additional one if you look that blinks on and off sorta hidden. I think they call those blinkies.
I think you did an excellent job here. I immediately thought of the "Rods" that were talked about a few years back. The "Sneekie F&%$#@!", wouldn't surprise me if they're US test flights. Wouldn't be the first time they've tested in Canadian airspace. Anyway, this sure beats "Strange Lights Over Wherever. Would like to see more of your findings.

This looks like a rod. The rods have to be monitoring devices from the parallel dimension.This would explain the speed and the phasing in and out of our own frequency.
