Those are definitely chinese lanterns.<br />Bright on the bottom and redish on top plus they come from the same place and head towards the same spot has the other lights
If these are lanterns how is it the 4 on the left can remain stationary while the others are moving. Lanterns are wind driven right so how is it only affecting the last few anomalies and not all of them?

This footage replicates almost exactly an experience I had whilst holidaying in Bali, Indonesia (September 26th 2011, Jimbaran beach - about 9pm). Me and my girlfriend saw five of these in Sofia, Bulgaria on 21 of January 2012, about midnight. They were faster and absolutely soundless. Four were orange-light red and one was white.
