UFO Report: Flashing UFO Allegedly Descends to Around 200 Feet Over Sacramento Traffic

A man from California, who was in the middle of traffic along westbound I-80 at Longview Drive, Sacramento, around 9:12 a.m. on September 20, 2012, claims seeing a “fluttering, blinking object the size of a big chopper,” based on accounts from witness reporting database of Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).

The witness admits not understanding why traffic was not moving and then looking up and finding the unknown object.

As the object “descended to roughly 200 feet – traffic began to move,” the witness noted.

The witness looked away, and then back at the object – “and it had vanished.”

The witness depicted the object.

“The object had no particular shape, just flashing/reflective light – moving in irregular sequence.”

No pictures or videos were provided with the MUFON report, which was recorded on September 20, 2012.
