could be a balloon or itresembles the ufo that was seen over perth scotland last week which was taken at ni9ght the perth footage and was palmed off as a light on a forestry commissioned truck lol on teletext next morning stating this yet the night before on bbc1 news reporting scotland showed video of ufo footage it does resemble the mexico city one ?
