A Woman From Illinois Reported Witnessing A Bright UFO That Went Down Into The Trees

A witness of an unknown bright flying object reported her sighting to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). The witness from Macon County, IL. Reported seeing a bright object descending into the woods at around 6:07 PM on the 11th of January 2013 just outside her home in Decatur.

According to the filed report, the woman witness just went out of her home and observed cloud coverage moving in from the southwest when suddenly a bright UFO appeared from similar direction.

She stood and observed the object closely coming her way. As it came near her, she saw a flashing white light. The object began to decent when it came about three blocks away from the witness. The top of the tree lighted up as it got lower and then it went down into the trees. The witness clearly saw the light behind the trunks of the trees.

The woman attempted to call the attention of her husband but he was in the shower, so she went back outside. At this time the object was coming up out of the woods and went back to the direction where it started to appear.

The report was filed on January 12, 2013 but no images or videos were included to support the claim of the woman.
