According to the filed report, the object moved closer and reached over the head of the witness and he then saw white, red, and blue lights on the bottom side, white in front, blue on right, and red on left. The witness said that he was so shocked with the encounter and the UFO moved without any single noise.
The witness observed that the lights did not blink and seem to twinkle just like the stars. The object was so close to the witness and he ruled out the possibility that it was a blimp because he would have known it. What amazed the witness the most was that the unidentified flying object made no noise considering it was very close to him.

Hi Anonymous,<br />I did not notice the color as you did.<br />What I seen was blacker than black, closest I can say if as when you view trees against the night sky, was totally black except the lights, it floated without any sound.
