When you consider that there are 4 open skylines concealed in the 4 levels of Earth’s ionosphere each separated by boarders of an energy firmament, and considering that each level are dimensional skyline realities holding their stationary positions above Earth’s surface … I would say most of these sighted crafts could possibly be no more alien than our neighbors across land boarders of Mexico and
