looks like a toy drone. it also appears closer than what the person filming it is trying to make it look like, like it's far away.
It could be ....just anything....but certainly not UFO
Besides being the worst video EVER of a toy drone, this mans talent as a UFO videographer is atrocious. It's funny how some people who see something they can't immediately identify, come to the conclusion that it must be a UFO. It must becoming clear to all of us in the UFO community that They are aware that we are aware of them and they have either cloaked their craft or they've left our planet.
