Witness report: 2 like sphere with 2 rotating lights. I was sit on picnic table with a friend. I saw 2 objects in the sky. I was curious about what it is. I record these on my iphone. I stop recording when the object sere to far.

I'm an American straying in the Philippines and about a month ago(April)at nighttime around 3AM I was outside for some cool air and was looking up in the shy no clouds in sight and I saw the same thing and in footage in the video from Montreal Canada. It surely was no plane! It kind of reminded me of a dumbbell weight.
