Witness report: My girlfriends family were driving from Lemoore and started recording as soon as they seen the craft. It flew away and then made a turn, and hovered right over the car. The car was shaking a lot and was very scary lol. The craft didn’t even make loud noise which was very strange.

i would say it is a crop duster plane. there are lots of farm fields in Lemoore. i usually see them in the morning. and they do fly real low to spray the crops. then make a u-turn at the end or beginning of the field near the highway.
