Flashing object over Shamokin, Pennsylvania 3-Jun-2020

This flashing unidentified flying object was recorded in the sky above Shamokin, PA two days ago.

Witness report: As I was walking downhill, south on N. Pearl St. near 1000 N. Pearl St., in Shamokin PA I noticed a very bright white light rapidly shoot straight up into the air above the city of Shamokin. It took approx. 3 secs to move from ground level to above the city. It shot up, hovered for approx. 30-45 secs, then descended. I immediately started taking a video with my iPhone which I uploaded here.As I was watching this, my iPhone rang and the video stopped. However, I was able to take a picture of the object as it descended, right before it became invisible from my location. It made no sound whatsoever. I have never seen anything like this in Shamokin. There is very little air traffic in this area. A helicopter was spotted flying north approx. 30-45 minutes earlier, which is rare. The light flickered (as you can see in the video). it also appeared to flicker green and red for a few seconds during the sighting. I first thought this was a high end drone of some sort, but its brightness, lack of sound, and rapid movement helped push me to submit it.
