Faked. No shadows from the lightsource on the ground. Also no change in luminescence when ground light turned on. Looks like a video of a flying drone where the video was edited and the put a light swatch over it to make it look like a UFO.

Obvious fake, it all conveniently happens in the field of view of the camera with a fisheye lens, the light from the "craft's" reflection suddenly appears on the water too late, poorly done fake.
