These bright lights were making maneuvers in the sky above Portland in Oregon on 28th October 2020.
Witness report: Observed four hovering lights in southern sky, forming a straight line. Three of the lights then formed a triangle and hovered for a few minutes. This was seen on two consecutive nights in October, around the same time. No high speed or erratic movement was observed, and man made objects cannot be ruled out.
