Me and several friends 6 of us wittnesed this strange light in orange county, CA. It showed itself several times over a period of 6 weeks, we witnessed it at least 4 different times. Always in the same place in the sky, to the West of our position. As you can see from the video there is a single bright blue light, almost whitish at times. What you don't see is a single blinking red light in
