August 20, 2010 – After another UFO sighting in St. Paul early this morning, police came across a man who was apparently responsible for the flashing lights in the sky.
We wrote here on Aug. 10 about videos that surfaced of a UFO over St. Paul. At the time, a Ramsey County dispatcher observed that it could have been kites with lights on them.
At about 12:50 a.m. today, St. Paul officers were in the area of Central Avenue and Victoria Street “investigating an unidentified flying object in the sky,” a police incident report said.
They were on patrol and saw lights in the sky, said officer John Keating, a police spokesman. The officers went behind Maxfield Magnet School and came across a man, he said.
