That is more an unfocused lens or blackberry cam capturing a airplane from far or the rising warm air of the city that blurs out Venus or Jupiter. This kind of "evidence" is helping to keep the truth obscured. I am missing the scientific approach, the local news story on that one or many detailed eye witness accounts. Hence the truth is: it is a light in the sky.
