This is not a UFO, it is an airplane. Pay close attention and you can see the flashing navigation lights and at the end of the video I believe you can even hear the engine noise. You say the video is short(20 secs) because your neighbor "had to go in the house…?" Ridiculous. If he continued filming it would be more obvious that it is just a plane.
Plane me thinks.
