SE of Orion…bright star going up and down in jerky movements..split in two and then came back together again…still moving around in jerky movements mainly up and down.

I didn’t notice they were in th pictures till later today when I was looking through everything.
I was on the way back from work in stafford, driving along the stafford road towards wolverhampton, just after a little village called penkridge i noticed a strange white light pretty low on the horizon, told everyone in the car to look and it turned blue, went from left to right, turned red and shot up into the sky, it hovered and then finally dissapeared. Iv seen things in the past but nothing like this, the lads in the car are true non believers and they could not explain to me what it was. I then got dropped off near wolverhampton where i seen a similar red light that was pulsing, definately wasnt a plane as the light didnt go off,it was a continuous kind of throbbing. it was heading SW when it went behind a tree, and then changed course NE. If anyone got any explanation please comment

Hello, I realize that this sighting is a bit antiquated, but after viewing the sighting over Ireland, I felt it was important to post this to provide more data and clarification into the sighting itself.
On December 31st 2002 at 11:55pm ( DST) (EST) in Mississauga,Ontario,Canada(look up LAT/LONG in Google)
I was coming back from Little Caesar’s(Pizza) and I was at the door of my house putting in the key, when I stopped to look up at the night sky(thinking about my Dad whom I had lost the year before in January) when out of nowhere these two “objects” each made up of 3 very large illuminated disks connected by these beams in a v-shape configuration, flew over my house heading in a northwest direction/trajectory.Specific trajectory/direction observed
Here are some facts to consider:
1. I have previous military experience(trained observer)
2. Ceiling that night was at least 35000 ft clear visibility
3. Aircraft flying over the city have to obey air traffic rules specific to flying over residential areas and also clear the red beacons on top of condominiums and office towers.
4. Man-made aircraft have propulsion systems and some type of engine noise, these craft did not have any sound emanating from them.
5. Aircraft have lights and strobe lights, these craft just had 3 very large illuminated discs.
6.The altitude they were traveling was so low,that anyone could have made them out with the naked eye.
7. These craft have been seen by literally thousands all over the world.
8. I have 3 friends that have also had contact with these craft.
I would like to officially add my sighting of 2002 to the database on this site as one who has also not only witnessed this sighting but had a “close encounter” as well! Thank you…
