Unknown object above West Virginia

Two pictures of a strange unknown object recorded in West Virginia on 15th November 2009.

I took two photos of a Potomac River scene and only noticed the ufo at a later time when viewing the photos in zoom. A second photo was taken seconds later and shows the ufo at a slightly different angle when zoomed. Let me know if you would like additional information.
