I have never seen anything like this before, its very hard to explain what i mean but here goes. Yes i have seen many powerups and have filmed quite a few large ones before, this one was very low and i could see it without the need for a device. It appeared as if it was wobbling and losing shape as it began to increase in brightness and although i have filmed it, the footage does not do justice to what i saw but you need to watch it a couple of times to get an idea what i mean
I experienced this same phenomenon, from my terrace at night, at least 15-20 times between 2005 & 2010 over Nagpur City's sky(Central India). Its like a small light moving in the sky & then it comes down towards earth very rapidly, and looks like a strong bright light(as if you were looking into a torch light 10 meters away)for a few seconds before it suddenly moves away & keeps going further and further till you can't see it anymore. I am 37 yrs old professional with an MBA degree & a science background. My family has also seen this phenomenon with me many times.... Thanks for posting your video, now i know someone else has also seen this thing in our skies.
