For me that´s not a ballon. Look their edges, BLACK, this is a constant with the Ufos sightings. In the minute 5:43 a thing appears behind the objet and it goes very fast.

this same ufo was seen just outside the perimeter of a airforce base in the southwest us. it was filmed by airforce security cameras for several minutes morphing like in this video. It also seems that for a moment in this video the ufo morphed into 3 disk shape objects very simular to the disks seen in mexico during the solar eclispe seen in the 90's.Do your research before making judgments
