it’s fishing bait! they have lights now that blink.
Could be something interesting but….
Classic mistake is to zoom in whilst filming from moving vehicle.
In this case the chaotically shot video hardly shows the object at all combined with the rather over-enthusiastic yelling by the maker of this video make this sighting a waste of time.
LED-kite octopus perhaps?
Why can people film their pets running around the garden and fields but when it comes to catching something like a UFO or an Alien they mess it up,the one chance in a lifetime to become the first person on Earth to do this and they can’t keep the camera steady, why didn’t they get out their vehicle and take this once in a lifetime opportunity…????????????…
