Yes I've seen one and written a book about it and other aspects of extraterrestrial visitations. They seem to want to be seen but stay away from confrontation.
We have proof – eye witness testimony, radar operators' testimony. What proof do we have that quarks, neutrinos exist? Only the testimony of physicists and theories. Why do we believe these scientists? Because we are told to…but where is the hard evidence? Oh, funny little scribbles on printouts! How do we know that these squiggles represent what is claimed? I agree entirely. There is a lot of evidence of visitation of aliens but because of years of government disinformation and ridicule by closed minded knobs the evidence is tarnished. I also accuse the hoaxers of causing greater damage on the subject matter. Can someone tell me how the Jerusalem Dome videos got to be called a hoax? 4 cameras? That's not right.
