what bothers me most, i think, is the fact that those from the united states always use our city names with our country, rather than with a province. you would never say "Topeka, US", you'd say "Topeka, Kansas". i understand that the united states has a limited IQ when it comes to anything outside their own country, but contrary to their own belief, they are not the center
I resent that! Americans, do not do these things to offend snobs like you. Some of us have never left our country and therefore are unfamiliar with yours.
