DeleteNo, not ballon and flare... The red object was self illuminating as well as the white object.. Also if it was a flare hanging off a balloon I would expect the objects arrangment to be pretty much fixed vertical with a possible slight pendulum movement by the white object.
ReplyDeleteThere are long periods when those two objects are fixed almost side by side horizontally which wouldnt happen if an object was suspended underneath another.
A very intrigueing video.... I have no explanation...

Deletelaunch a balloon and flare and see if you get the same result ? i doubt it.

ReplyDeleteI saw the same thing in Belgium. That red ball come from the silver ball, but when I saw this, that "scanned" a chemtrail...
